The automatic generation of agreement orders program refers to the Service agreement file and checks that the selections made are valid within that file.
One item line is created for the agreement number with the service item, and the specified price from the Service agreement file. All remaining information necessary for the creation of a complete order line is retrieved from the Item file.
- Select the Generate agreement invoice orders menu item.

- Enter the dates from and to, for the next generation of the agreement invoice order. If no data is entered in the other fields the next generation will cover ALL agreement invoice orders within the dates specified.

For this task, you will generate an agreement invoice order based on a next generation date value.
You can generate agreement invoice orders either within a range, or you can make a combined individual selection. You determine the type of selection to use by entering 1 (individual selections), or 2 (range selections) in the fields next to the Agreement, Customer number and Order type fields.
A range selection allows you to generate agreement invoice orders for a much greater selection than is possible with individual selections. For instance, you may enter an agreement range that covers many agreements for a large amount of customers.

Click OK to generate an agreement service order; you will receive a display message informing you that the invoice order was completed normally. Click OK again to exit the routine.
A list of the generated agreement orders is automatically created. Orders that are in error are also generated and shown on the listing. When conditions change (for example, you may need to change the currency), you can use the same agreement with the customer, but with a different price structure.
