- Item
- Serial number
- Displays the serial number connected to the item.
- Crt dt
- Displays a date indicating when the transaction was created.
- Whs
- Displays the warehouse to/from which the item was delivered.
- Inv event
- Displays a code from the Inventory event code table defining what kind of event the transaction is, for example, a purchase order, a sales order, a quotation or a request (BPR).
- Ord/Quo/BPR
- Depending on the type of transaction, displays either the purchase order number, the sales order number, the quotation number or the request (BPR) number.
- Line
- Depending on the type of transaction, displays the line number for either the purchase order, the sales order, the quotation or the request (BPR).
- Pick list/Rec note
- If the transaction is a sales order or a purchase order, displays the number of the pick list/reception note on which the item was printed.
- Line
- If the transaction is a sales order or a purchase order, displays on which line the item was printed on the pick list/reception note.
- Cust/Suppl
- If the transaction is some kind of order, for example, a sales order or a purchase order, displays the customer number and name or the supplier number and name.
- Transaction number
- This column displays the transaction number if the record is an inventory adjustment or an inventory movement, i.e. the Inventory event field displays SA, SMF or SMT.
- Inventory transaction type
- A value in the column is only displayed if QC note confirmation has been performed for serial items. This column displays the inventory transaction type for 941 (Non-conforming stock value) which was created during QC note confirmation for serial items.
- NCC no
- This column displays the non-conformity certificate number if the item has been entered on such a certificate. Items that are rejected in the Confirm quality control note program, always get a NCC number. Items can also be entered on non-conformity certificates in the Work with inventory program.
- Creation time
- This column displays the time when the transaction was created.
- Cust/Supp description
- If the transaction is some kind of order, for example, a sales order or a purchase order, this column displays the customer description or the supplier description.
- Serial no cost price
- This column displays the cost price that is unique for this serial number item. This column is available to be displayed if:
- A cost price exists for this serial number.
- Neither a cost price nor a transit cost price exists for this serial number.
- The user has authority to see the cost price.
- Cost unit
- This column displays the unit used to define the cost price.
- Stock take list number
- If the transaction is a stock take transaction (i.e., the Inventory event field is STD or STI), this column displays the stock take list number on which the item was printed.

- Item
- Serial number
- Displays the serial number of the item for which you want to display historical information.
- Warehouse
- Displays the warehouse code and the warehouse description to/from which the item was delivered.
- Inventory event
- Displays a code from the Inventory event code table defining what kind of event the transaction is, for example, a purchase order, a sales order, a quotation or a request (BPR).
- Transaction number

- Order line
- This field is only displayed if the inventory event is for a sales order or purchase order. Displays the number of the order line that contains the reference to the item.
- Quotation line
- This field is only displayed if the inventory event is for a quotation. Displays the number of the quotation line that contains the reference to the item.
- BRP line
- This field is only displayed if the inventory event is for a request and return. Displays the number of the request and return (BRP) line that contains the reference to the item.
- Pick list/Rec note
- If the transaction is a sales order or a purchase order, displays the number of the pick list/reception note on which the item was printed.
- Quotation version
- This field is only displayed if the serial numbered item is included in a quotation. Displays the version number of the quotation.
- Pick/Rec line
- If the transaction is a sales order or a purchase order, displays on which line the item was printed on the pick list/reception note.
- Customer/Supplier no
- If the transaction is some kind of order, for example, a sales order or a purchase order, displays the customer number and name or the supplier number and name.
