The reorganisation function is used to clean up the Internal replenishment suggestion file. You can delete suggestions with creation dates older than a specified date.
- Select the Reorganise internal replenishment suggestion file menu item.
- You access Internal repl suggestion reorganisation. Complete the following fields:
- Creation date
- Enter a date. All internal replenishment suggestions with a creation date earlier than the selected will be reorganised.
- Print report only
- Indicate if the selected internal replenishment suggestions only should be printed on a report, or if they should also be deleted.
Click OK. Depending on your selections, the system will either both reorganise the file and print a list of the deleted suggestions, or only print a list. Exit the routine.
