This table outlines the functions that can be accessed from the function list in the Work with purchase order, Order lines panel.
Function list
| Find item | To position to a specific order line, enter an item or use the standard select item functionality in the Item/Assortment input field and click this function key. |
| Display reporting currency | This function is only displayed if the user has authority. View the amount(s) in system currency and reporting currency. Note: Reporting currency is only displayed if a reporting currency has been defined in Work with companies and if the currency defined has a fixed exchange rate, i.e. Fixed exchange rate is set to YES in Work with currencies for this currency. |
| Change mode | Toggle between Full and Normal mode. When entering item lines in Full mode, the Order line, Full mode panel will be displayed first, for you to enter detailed order line information, before the item line is updated on the order. Click Change mode again to return to Normal mode. |
