During the run process the system retrieves the values for the applicable information from the system database. Once run you view the report online and/or print on paper.
Like all Analyser applications the following standard features are also available:
- Converting the result to HTML format and emailing the result (See Convert the contents of a table to an HTML page and email the results in Analyser for instructions).
- Exporting the result to a spreadsheet program (see Convert the contents of a table to a spreadsheet program in Analyser for instructions).
- Viewing the result in graphical format.(see About working with graphs in Analyser for instructions).
