Add additional customers to a service agreement

A group of customers can have the service done under the same agreement number. To add additional customers to a service agreement do as follows:

  1. Select the Work with service agreements menu item.
  2. On the initial panel, select the agreement to which you want to add customers and click Customers.
  3. You access Work with service agreements, Customers listing existing customers (at least the main customer) for the agreement that you have specified. To assign a new customer to an agreement, click Add.
  4. You access Work with service agreements, Customer assignment. Complete the Customer field and click OK to update. Repeat to add as many customers as required.
