Adding spare parts to a recommended kit is useful when a customer wants to upgrade recommended kits with various spare parts, or if existing spare parts become obsolete.
- Select the Work with recommended kits menu item.
- On the initial panel, select the kit to which you want to add spare parts and click Details.
- You access Work with recommended kits, Details. Click Add.
- On the detail panel, complete the following fields:
- Item
- Enter the name of the item.
- Quantity
- Enter the amount of spare parts you wish to add to the kit.
- You return to Work with recommended kits, Details listing the recommended item with a brief description of the spare parts you have added to the kit. Exit the routine.
Click OK.
