Assign an object item to a service kit

This operation is similar to the procedure described in Assign service kits to items with the exception that the operation starts with a given item, which is assigned to one or more kits.

  1. Select the Work with recommended kits menu item.
  2. On the initial panel, select the kit to which you want to assign items and click Assign.
  3. You access Assign object item to kit, Assigned listing all items that have already been assigned to the kit. Toggle the Show all items function key to display a list of assigned an unassigned items.
  4. You access Assign object item to kit, All. Select the applicable item that has not yet been assigned to a kit and click Assign. Click OK to confirm.
  5. You return to Assign object item to kit, All where you are able to select more items. Toggle the Show assigned item function key.
  6. You return to the Assigned panel. The item is now assigned to a kit and a YES is displayed in the Assigned field to confirm it. Exit the routine.
