Instead of creating a new column it is possible to copy an existing column and maintain it afterwards. Note that it is not possible to copy a column from another report. If columns from a report would be beneficial to include in another report, then copy the entire report and maintain the new one. See Copy a report.
- Select the Work with reports menu item.
- On the main panel, select the applicable report and click Columns.
- You access Work with report columns. Select the applicable column and click Copy.
- You access Work with report columns, Copy. Complete the following field:
- New column no
- Enter the number of the new column. You cannot enter a number of an existing column.
Click OK to create the new column. All data from the existing column will be copied, that includes selections made to statistic keys. Exit the routine.
