Copy a project phase

  1. Select the Work with projects menu item.
  2. You access Work with project orders. Select the project to which you want to add a phase and click Details.
  3. You access Phase maintenance. Select the phase you want to copy and click Copy.
  4. You access Phase copy. Complete the following fields:
  5. Copy to phase
    The phase number is created automatically with intervals of 10, but can be changed.
    Copy
    Set the following fields to YES or NO indicating what information should be copied to the new phase:
    • Phase addresses
    • Phase texts
    • Phase invoice plan
    • Phase element lines
    • Phase element activities
    • Phase element services
    • Phase element texts
    • Phase element structure

    Click OK to process the copying. Exit the routine.
