Prerequisites
Bank files can only be created for one proposal at a time, so the activity is only valid if the bank files are empty. You may also only create bank files for updated proposals.
- Select the Work with A/R portfolio remittance menu item.
- On the A/R portfolio proposal – overview panel, select the proposal you want to work with.
- You access A/R portfolio proposal – activities. Tick Create bank files and click OK.
- You access A/R portfolio proposal – crt bank files. Click OK to create the files. The system will inform you when the files have been created.
- Select the Create bank remittance magnetic media menu item.
- You access Bank remittance, Create magnetic media. The following fields are relevant:
- Copy file
- Set to NO for each file that should not be copied.
- Tape/Dkt device
- Enter the names of the tape/diskette devices to which the files should be copied.
- File copied
- Use this field to keep track of which files have been copied. For already copied files, YES is shown and vice versa. You can set this field to YES even if the file has not been copied, if you want to release the bank files for another remittance proposal.
Continue as follows:
Click OK to submit the creation of the files on magnetic media. The system will inform you when done.
