Make an enquiry on A/P transactions

  1. Select the A/P transactions enquiry program.
  2. You access A/P transactions enquiry – Selections with the values for the selected template or for the last used template. If you use the template created in Create an A/P transaction enquiry template, then the following sequence and selection fields contain defaulted values:
    1. Supplier number
      Due date

    Note: You can add, change or delete selection and sequence values on this panel. If you want to save your changes, click Save as template. You are also able to add new or change existing templates by clicking Maintain template which can be found in the Function list. And, you can click Print to print the transactions that you have entered in the selection.

    Click OK when you have made your selections.

  3. You access A/P transactions enquiry with a listing of all documents that have been selected for the entered supplier, sorted in ascending order. On this panel you can browse/access the following information:
    • Click Shift info to switch between showing remaining, accumulated remaining and original amount.
    • Click Shift curr to switch between showing the different types of amounts in either system, transaction, reporting or primary currency. For the Acc remain field the amounts are only shown in system and reporting currency.
    • Click G/L trans to view the related G/L postings.
    • Click Settled to view settlement information for the document. See Drill down to A/P settlement details from the main settlement document for further instructions.
    • Click Matched P/O lines to view all purchase order lines that have been matched against the selected A/P document.

    Select the applicable record and click Display.

  4. You access A/P transactions enquiry – Details with detailed information for the selected transaction. Click Back.
  5. You re-access A/P transactions enquiry – All documents where you can drill down to view other A/P related information for the document or select a different document.
  6. Click Back again to make a new enquiry or to select another template, or exit the routine.
