The Recount list field is used when you want to recount the items that have been counted. When you have recounted the items, the new item lines will be added to the same Stock take list. To print recount instructions, do as follows:
- Select the Work with stock takes menu item.
- On the initial panel, select the applicable list and click Print recount list.
- You access Stock take list selection. The following fields are relevant:
- Warehouse
- Enter the applicable warehouse.
- Recount list
- Enter the stock take list number.
- You access Stock take list sequence. See step 4 in Create and print a stock take list for instructions. Click OK.
- You access Recount selection. Note: You can only print the items that have been counted in the Stock take entry. Complete any of the following fields:
- Cost difference >
- Enter the stock take difference expressed in cost value that you want to use as a lower value limit. The stock take difference between the counted quantity and the stock on hand quantity, multiplied by the cost price, will be calculated for every item within the selected stock list. Any items with an absolute difference exceeding this entry will be printed on a stock take list as a recount instruction.

- Volume value
- This field is only displayed if Inventory Control is activated.
- Movability
- This field is only displayed if Inventory Control is activated.
- Print serial numbers
- Indicate if serial numbers should be printed on the stock take recount list for those items for which Serial no tracking is set to YES in the Item file. Note: For WHM-controlled items, serial numbers will not be printed.
- Reset limited diff
- Indicate if the system should only consider those that have a difference in the stock and the actual counted.
- You access Work with stock takes, Standard stock take selection. Complete the printout parameters and click OK to print.
Click OK.
Click OK.
