An order line re-price function is available that allows lines to be re-priced for whatever reason. This function simply clears the price and discounts calculated in the sales price calculation program and then recalls that program. It will also call the order summary calculation program to be able to give the last and correct net prices that are displayed on the Order line, main info panel.
Note: It is, as the name suggests, a re-price. Discounts originally calculated in the sales pricing program, and that have been manually deleted, may be re-calculated subject to things being/remaining the same as when the price was originally calculated. (For example, that a method or contract that generated them has not expired in the meantime).
To re-price a line, do as follows:
- Select the Work with sales orders menu item.
- Highlight the order and click Lines.
- Highlight the line and click Change.
- Click the Fnc list function key and select the Reprice function.
Note: Another way to re-price a line is to highlight the line and click Re-price instead of Change in step 3 above, and then press Enter to confirm the re-price.
