Activate and deactivate MSDS

Once you have created a new MSDS you are able to activate this for various languages.

  1. Select the Work with Material Safety Data Sheets menu item.
  2. On the initial panel, mark the MSDS record that you wish to activate or deactivate and click Activate/Inactivate MSDS.
  3. You access Work with Material Safety Data Sheet Activate/Inactivate MSDS listing the languages that have been set up in your system. If one or more sections have been created in a specific language this will be indicated with Y in the Created column. To activate a language, select the language you wish to activate and click Activate. To deactivate a language, select the language you wish to deactivate and click Inactivate. Click OK to save your changes and exit the routine.
