- Select the Work with route list menu item.
- On the main panel, select the applicable departure and click Destinations.
- You access the Destinations panel. Select the destination that your customer is located in and click Customers.
- You access Work with route list, Customer sequence within destination. All of the customers that will receive deliveries at this location are listed in sequential order.
- On the detail panel, you can change the following information:
- Sequence
- Enter the sequence number. Each number must be unique. The lowest number denotes the first stop that will be made along the route. The highest value identifies the last delivery that will be made.
- Omit customer
- Set to YES if you do not want to make a delivery to this customer along this particular route.
- Arrival time
- Enter the arrival time.
- Cut-off deviation
- Enter the cut-off deviation time (in minutes). This value indicates the time frame that your customer still has for placing an order before the delivery/route departs
Select the customer whose delivery you want to bump up or down and click Change.
Click OK to save your changed information. Exit the routine.
