This panel lists all available location balance records for an item/warehouse. You can select the from Zone/Locations, from where goods will be transferred, for ownership transfer lines.
Function keys

- Inventory contract
- Displays the identity and description of the inventory contract for which you are performing an ownership transfer.
- Order number
- Displays the sales order number if the ownership transfer was created for a Customer Deposit Stock (CDS) inventory contract. Displays the purchase order number if the ownership transfer was created for a Supplier Consignment Stock (SCS) inventory contract.
- Contract type
- Displays the inventory contract type.
- From warehouse
- Displays the (logical) warehouse from which the goods are being transferred.
- From owner
- Displays the identity of the owner for the From warehouse.
- Item
- Displays the item and item description on the order line.
- Physical warehouse
- Displays the physical warehouse, (to which the logical From warehouse is connected), in which the actual location movement takes place.
- Suggested quantity
- Displays the suggested transfer quantity for the order line and the unit. It will not be allowed to enter a total transfer quantity that exceeds the suggested quantity.
- Zone
- This column displays the warehouse zone from the location balance record.
- Location
- This column displays the warehouse location ID from the location balance record.
- Batch
- This column displays the batch ID from the location balance record.
- Pallet
- This column displays the pallet number from the location balance record.
- Transfer qty
- This column displays the transferred quantity. Keep as is or change it to that applicable. It cannot exceed the suggested quantity, nor can a partial quantity on a pallet be moved to another location during ownership transfer. The whole quantity on the pallet must be moved to another location during ownership transfer.
- Available
- This column displays the available quantity for location balance record.
- On hand
- This column displays the on hand quantity for the location balance record.
- Reserved
- This column displays the reserved quantity for the location balance record.
