The panel heading differs depending on the menu item from which you accessed this panel:

  • Replenishment suggestion creation, Item assign locations
From this panel you can replenish inventory in item assigned locations from overstock locations. Item assigned locations are reserved for one item only, and are typical pick locations.
  • Replenishment suggestion creation, Component locations
From this panel you can replenish inventory in component locations from overstock locations. Component locations are used for storage of items that are used in production, i.e. items that are connected to manufacturing orders in Manufacturing.

Replenish to

In the fields below, enter the parameters you want to use for this stock replenishment.

Warehouse
Enter a warehouse code.
Pick priority
Mandatory entry. Enter a pick priority code (100-899) which is used to establish the priority in which this location should be considered for picking. A pick priority of 100 identifies this location as a primary pick location. Movements to a primary pick location will only be allowed for locations reserved by item.
Replenish level (%)
Note: Not used for component locations. Enter a replenishment level percentage which is used to specify the stock level of a location that should trigger a replenishment suggestion for the location. When the stock level for an item assigned to this location is below the percentage entered here, the location will be considered for replenishment.
Zone/location
Enter a from-to range of zones and locations. You enter a zone in the first input field and a location in the second input field of the range.
Movability
Enter a movability code (1-99). This code is used to specify the convenience of picking from this location. Those locations that are the most convenient to pick from should be assigned a movability code of 1.

Replenish from

Pick priority
Enter the pick priority for locations you want replenishment from to be processed.
R/F batch template
Only shown if Radio Frequency is installed and activated in the company in which you are working. Enter a code from Work with R/F batch creation templates to indicate the template that should be used for the automatic batching of the created replenishment suggestion.

If this field is completed, then the automatic R/F batch creation will start when the replenishment suggestion is created. The batches will be created according to the batch rules connected to the selected template. The suggestion codes, order restrictions, selection criteria and size tolerance values defined in Work with batch rules control the creation of the batches. If a resource group is defined in the batch rule, then the R/F batches will be assigned to that resource group automatically. See About working with automatic batch creation for more information.

Reports

In the fields below, indicate the additional report you want to print and how the pick/put away lines should break on the printout.

Put away
Indicate if an additional put away report should be printed. Pick suggestion is always printed.
Zone pick
Indicate how the pick list lines should break on the pick list printout. If set to NO, then the sequence of pick list lines will be by Pick sequence/Suggested location ID (from). If set to YES, then the replenishment suggestion pick list lines will be sorted by Warehouse/Zone (from)/Pick sequence/Suggested location ID. The page break will always be after each zone and the valid printer is retrieved for the zone (defined in Work with warehouse zones). Note: When zone pick is selected, the cover page will be printed according to the printer selected on the selection panel.
Zone put away
Indicate how the put away report lines should break on the put away printout. If set to NO, then the sequence of put away report lines will be by Put away sequence/Location ID (to). If set to YES, then the put away report lines will be sorted by Warehouse zone (to)/Put away sequence/Location ID (to). The page break will always be after each zone and the valid printer is retrieved for the zone (defined in Work with warehouse zones). Note: When zone put away is selected, the cover page will be printed according to the printer selected on the selection panel.
