In this program you work with attesting. The panel displays an overview of the days in an interval of dates for employees in a selected attest group. You can also access other panels to work with the TR journal, day balances or manufacturing transactions. You can start time calculation and cancel calculation, attest or undo attest for a date. Three different views of information are available in the right hand part of the panel by clicking Shift info.
Options
Cal. info | Select this option to view calendar information for the selected employee and date. |
Day bal. | Select this option to work with day balances for the selected employee and date. |
Journal | Select this option to work with the TR journal for the selected employee and date. |
Calc. | Select this option to start time calculation for the selected employee and up to date. |
Cancel | Select this option to cancel time calculation for the selected employee and from date. |
Attest | Select this option to attest the TR journal or day balances for the selected employee and date. |
Undo att. | Select this option to undo attest of the TR journal or day balances for the selected employee and date. |
Sch | Select this option to view the day scheme for the selected employee and date. |
Chg sch | Select this option to change to another day scheme for the selected employee and date. |
Zones | Select this option to view clocking zones for the selected employee and date. |
Per bal | Select this option to work with period balances for the selected employee. |
Manuf | Select this option to work with manufacturing transactions. |
Att info | Select this option to create a recalculation of attest information. |
Plan abs | Select this option to maintain planned absence. |
Function keys
Shift info | Change the information shown in the right hand part of the panel. There are three views. The first view displays a short error code and all major calculated hour categories. The second displays an error text and presence time information. The third displays both presence and production time information. |
Toggle Action/All | Toggle between all calendar days and days needing user action. The default mode is Action needed (indicated in the header), i.e., only such calendar days will be displayed that the system cannot or must not automatically attest (and therefore a manual attest has to be performed). |
Previous week | Change the record selection to previous week, i.e., the week before the current start date in the panel header. |
Next week | Change the record selection to next week, i.e., the week after the current start date in the panel header. |
Attest all | Attest all selected days. |
Per overview | Access the period overview for attesting. |
Selection fields
Note the following about the selection fields on this panel:
If the selected operator is GE, then records with employee number greater than or equal to the entered value will be displayed. If the selected operator is EQ, then only records with employee number equal to the entered value will be displayed.
- Attest group
- The attest group code and description.
- Employee
- Date
- Displays the date of the employee calendar.
- S
- Indicates the status of the calendar date. The following codes are valid:
Code Description 0 Not processed 1 Calculated 2 Transferred to payroll system
- A
- Indicates if the date has been attested. Note: If manual day balances have been created, an asterisk (*) is displayed after this field.
- Error
- Indicates if there is an error or exception in the time reporting journal or day balances of the calendar date. Errors must be corrected before being able to process the information further. Exceptions are only notifying the attestor of some unexpected clocking transactions in the time reporting journal.
By toggling Shift info, the columns listed below are displayed indicating the following:
- Exp
- The expected presence time according to the day scheme.
- Act
- The presence time resulting from the time calculation.
- Abs
- The absence time resulting from the time calculation.
- Otime
- The overtime resulting from the time calculation.
- Inc
- The inconvenient hours resulting from the time calculation.
- Flexi
- The flexitime resulting from the time calculation.
- Real
- The reported presence time from clocking IN to clocking OUT.
- Int.s
- The reported manufacturing time for internal setup time.
- Ext.s
- The reported manufacturing time for external setup time.
- Run
- The reported manufacturing time for run and labour time.
- Mach
- The reported manufacturing time for machine time.
