In this program you maintain overlapping intervals of a day scheme. Overlapping intervals are used to create additional transactions for time inside the specified intervals.
Options

If the interval starts on the day before the day described by the scheme time is preceded by a minus sign. If the interval starts on the day after the day described by the scheme time is preceded by a plus sign.
- Time to
- Displays the end time of the overlapping interval. Time is entered as hours with minutes in the decimal part. For instance, half past five PM is entered as 17.30. If the interval ends on the day before the day described by the scheme, the time is preceded by a minus (-) sign. If the interval ends on the day after the day described by the scheme, the time is preceded by a plus (+) sign.
