In this program you work with day schemes. A day scheme describes the working scheme for each individual. The day scheme can have fixed working hours or floating working hours. When floating working hours is used you can clock IN and OUT at any time of the day.

Overtime intervals | Select this option to work with overtime intervals of the day scheme. |
Overl. int. | Select this option to work with overlapping intervals of the day scheme. |
Clocking zones | Select this option to work with clocking zones of the day scheme. |
Calc rules | Select this option to attach day balance calculation rules to the day scheme. |
Usage | Select this option to view the usage of the day scheme in work calendars. |
Att. sch grp | Select this option to define for which scheme group the day scheme is valid. |
Selection fields
- Scheme
- Displays the day scheme.
- Description
- Displays the day scheme description.
- Time from
- Displays the start time for working hours. If the time is preceded by a minus sign, then working hours start the day before the day described by the scheme. Note: This field is blank if the scheme type is Floating working hours or Absence.
- Time to
- Displays the end time for working hours. If the time is preceded by a plus sign, working hours end the day after the day described by the scheme. Note: If the scheme type is Floating working hours, then this field displays the text Float. If the scheme type is Absence, then this field displays the text Absen.
- Exp pres
- Displays the number of hours the employee is expected to be present.
- OT
- Indicates if overtime intervals are defined for the day scheme.
- OL
- Indicates if overlapping intervals are defined for the day scheme.
- CR
- Indicates if calculation rules are defined for the day scheme.
- ZO
- Indicates if clocking zones are defined for the day scheme.
