When you close a service order job in which the checklist handling is enabled and one or more checklists are assigned to the item, it is required to validate every checkpoint flagged as mandatory in the assigned checklist before the service order is closed. This panel is only displayed if more than one checklist are assigned to the item. This panel lists the checklists connected to the combination item and serial number in sequence which you need to select and fill before the service order is closed.

Selection fields
- Item
- Displays the service item id and its description for which the checklist needs to be selected.
- Serial number
- Displays the serial number of the selected service item for which the checklist needs to be selected.
- List
- This column lists the checklists assigned for the selected service item and serial number.
- In work
- Denotes if the corresponding checklist is in use for the service line which is being closed.
