This panel displays additional user-defined information for the service objects that have been set up in your system. If the headings for the user-defined fields (alpha and numeric) are set up in the DIS control file, (i.e., on the
DIS control file maintenance, User defined text, Service panel) they will be displayed here. You can use these fields for whatever purpose you want, but anything you enter is for your information only.

- Item
- This field displays the item code and description for the service object.
- Serial number
- This field displays the serial number that identifies the service object.
- User defined alpha 1 – 10
- If the field names for these user defined alpha fields have been defined in the DIS control file, (i.e., on the DIS control file maintenance, User defined text, Service panel), they will be displayed here. You can use these fields for whatever purpose you want, but anything you enter is for your information only.
- User defined numeric 1 – 10
