The purpose of this program is to define the different activities allowed to be handled within the system. Some default values of the activity can also be defined here. This panel is used to define activity codes in detail.
- Activity code
- The code that identifies the activity.
- Description
- The description of the activity.
- Cost price
- The default cost price per unit for the activity.
- Sales price
- The default sales price per unit for the activity.
- Unit
- The code from the Unit table indicates the unit for the activity.
- Invoicing item
- The item code that will be used when the activity is copied to a sales order for invoicing.
- Activity group
- The code from the Activity group table indicates the different activities that can be grouped.
- Cost code
- The default cost code of this activity from the Cost code table. This is the follow-up value, which is used to sum up the cost price and the current reported value.
