This panel is used to create purchase orders for the material lines of manufacturing orders, also known as direct purchase. You can also maintain an existing purchase order connection.
Options
| Release order | Select this option to create purchase order connected to the manufacturing order component. |
| Change material | Select this option to maintain the manufacturing order material line. |
| Display | Select this option to view the manufacturing order. |
| Maint order | Select this option to maintain connected purchase order line to the component. |
Function keys
| All/not released | Toggle between viewing all manufacturing direct purchase order components, and the direct purchase order components that are not connected to a purchase order (i.e. those for which a purchase order has not been created). |
Selection fields
- Order number
- The manufacturing order number.
- Component
- The manufacturing order component and the description for direct purchase.
- Purchase order number
- The released and connected purchase order to the manufacturing order component.
- Supplier
- The supplier of the component.
