This panel Item file/Inventory management file the IDs of the season profile analyses that were printed and updated to an (interim) work file in the Print season profile analysis/updates routine.
This program allows you to change a season profile, e.g. the weight (or index) assigned to a forecast period, before it is updated in the Item file/Inventory management file. You are also able to delete any items, that met the prerequisites and selection criteria from the Print season profile analysis/updates routine, which you do not want to update by clicking Details. When you have made your changes, click Update to finally update the season profile.

Selection fields
- Profile
- This column lists the IDs of the season profile analyses that were printed and created in the Print season profile analysis/updates routine.
- Description
- This column lists the descriptions of the season profile analyses.
- Remarks
- This column lists the remarks that were entered for the season profile analyses.
Work with season profile ID, Header details (INVD47504)
On this panel you can change the header detail information of the selected season profile analysis and maintain the included forecast periods and weights before updating it to the Item file/Inventory management file.

- Profile ID
- Displays the ID of the season profile analysis that you selected to work with. The field cannot be changed.
- Description
- Displays a description of the selected season profile analysis, but can be changed.
- Remarks
- Displays the text or comments entered for the season profile analysis, but can be changed. This information is printed on the cover page of the printout. If this field is left blank, your user ID is printed.
Update criteria
This section displays the number of forecast periods and total weight (or index) information that will be updated for the selected season profile analysis. Click Maintenance period weight to change the information.
- Total weight
- Displays the total period weight of the season profile analysis.
- Number of periods
- Displays the total number of forecast periods of the season profile analysis.

This panel displays the total number of forecast periods and the total period weight of the selected season profile analysis. You can change the period weights.

Work with season profile ID, Period weight (INVD47514)
On this panel you can enter or change the period weight for the selected forecast period which is included in the season profile analysis that you are working with.
- Season profile ID
- Displays the ID of the season profile analysis that you are working with.
- Forecast period
- Displays the selected forecast period.
- Period weight
- Enter the period weight. For existing records, this field can be changed.
Work with season profile ID, Update (INVD47515)
On this panel you perform the update of the season profile to the Item file/Inventory management file.
- Profile ID
- Displays the season profile you selected to update.
- Description
- Displays the description of the season profile you selected to update.
