The panel presents a detailed overview of documents that are included in the selected interest invoice. Toggle All/Active/Inactive to display all documents or to only view the active or inactive documents. The panel sub-heading indicates which modes you are in.
From this panel you can activate or inactivate a document. Should you activate/inactivate a document here, then the status of the proposal will be updated on the Overview panel.
The Edit columns feature allows you to specify the exact information that you want to be displayed on the panel. Through the Change sequence function you have the possibility to specify the sort order of the documents to be presented on this panel.
Options
Delete | Select this option to delete a document. |
Inactivate | Select this option to inactivate a document. |
Activate | Select this option to activate a document. Note that you cannot activate a document that is inactivated due to a stop code. The stop code must be removed from the document first. |
A/R trans enq | Select this option to access the A/R transactions enquiry program. |
Function keys
Change/Display sequence | Specify the sort order of the documents to be presented on this panel. The default sort sequence is on days in descending order plus on document type and number. |
All/Active/Inactive | Toggle between showing the following:

Selection fields
- Debtor
- Displays the number and name of the selected debtor.
- Contact
- Displays the debtor’s contact person retrieved from the Customer file.
- Calculation date
- Displays the calculation date for the interest invoicing selection, if interest handling method 2 or 3 is used, as defined in the Interest rules table.
- Cost centre
- Only displayed if cost centre handling is activated. Displays the cost centre of the interest invoice proposal.
If for the applied Interest rule the Group by cost centre field was set to NO, then this field is open for input. This means that the cost center defined for the debtor and proposed for the interest invoice can be changed here.
If for the applied Interest rule the Group by cost centre field was set to YES, then the cost center of the included documents is displayed here.
- Actual amount
- Displays the proposed amount to debit as interest for the included documents in transaction currency. If any documents are inactivated, this amount will be less than the original amount. The amount is updated when you activate or inactivate transactions.
- Dt
- This column displays the document type.
- Document no
- This column displays the document number.
- T
- This column denotes if there is a text entered via the Text editor for the document.
- From date
- This column indicates from which date interest has been calculated, i.e. from due date or the date after last date for which interest already has been invoiced.
- To date
- This column indicates to which date interest has been calculated, i.e. to payment date for a settled document or the calculation date for an open document, depending on the interest handling used.
- Days/Week/Mnth/Per
- This column displays the number of time periods for which interest has been calculated, depending on the interest calculation used.
- Int %
- This column displays the interest percentage used for calculation.
- Int amount
- This column displays the calculated interest amount.
- S
- This column displays the status of the interest invoice proposal.
- Base amount
- Only displayed if this column has been activated through the Edit columns feature. Displays the base amount for which interest has been calculated in transaction currency.
- Document date
- Only displayed if this column has been activated through the Edit columns feature. Displays the document date.
- Due date
- Only displayed if this column has been activated through the Edit columns feature. Displays the due date of the document.
- Base amount in sys currency
- Only displayed if this column has been activated through the Edit columns feature. Displays the base amount for which interest has been calculated in system currency.
- Transaction text
- Only displayed if this column has been activated through the Edit columns feature. Displays the document text.
- Customer number
- Only displayed if this column has been activated through the Edit columns feature. Displays the customer number of the document, if other than debtor.
- Cost centre
- Only displayed if this column has been activated through the Edit columns feature. If Cost centre handling is activated, displays the cost centre of the document.
- Division
- Only displayed if this column has been activated through the Edit columns feature. If Division handling is activated, displays the division of the document.
- Salesman/handler
- Only displayed if this column has been activated through the Edit columns feature. Displays the salesman and/or handler of the document.

On this panel you specify the order in which you want the documents to be presented on the previous panel. For example, if you define that you want the primary sequence to be in document date order, then the documents will be sequenced in the way that the oldest document date is listed first, etc.
Sequence
Enter sequence 1 next to one of the following parameters to indicate the primary sort order:
