This file is the hub of the Activity based pricing functionality where you define the conditions. Only activated chargeable activities are available. Chargeable activities are assigned as details to ABP classes. It is three-level procedure, whereby on the:
- First level = You attach the ABP class and define the date range during which the activity based pricing will be valid.
- Second level = You define the actual activity, basis and criterion (activated in the ABP chargeable activities table) for which an amount should be charged.
- Third level = You define the actual contents (value) of the criterion and the amount that should be charged, if an order fulfills this criterion.

Selection fields
- ABP class
- This column lists the ABP class codes.
- Description
- This column displays the description of the ABP class codes.
- Valid from
- This column displays the date from which the Activity based pricing is valid.
- Valid to
- This column displays the date to which the Activity based pricing is valid.
Work with ABP conditions (DIR23604)
On this panel you enter the validity dates for the Activity based pricing.
- ABP class
- Valid from
- Enter the date from which the Activity based pricing is valid.
- Valid until
- Enter the date to which the Activity based pricing is valid.
Work with ABP conditions, Copy (DIR23605)
- ABP class
- Displays the ABP class code(s) you selected to copy.
- Valid from
- Displays the date from which the Activity based pricing is valid.
- Valid until
- Displays the date to which the Activity based pricing is valid.
- New class
- Enter the new ABP class code that you are creating.
- New valid from
- Enter the date from which the Activity based pricing is valid for this new ABP class.
- New valid to
- Enter the date to which the Activity based pricing is valid for this new ABP class.
