Copy a layout from an existing report

  1. Select the Work with reports menu item.
  2. On the main panel, select the applicable version report and click Layout.
  3. On the Work with report layout panel, click Include to copy the layout from another report.
  4. On the Work with report layout, Include function – report selection panel, select the report from which you want to copy the layout. Note: This panel only displays reports of the same type as the one you are copying to.
  5. You access Work with report layout, Include function – included values.
  6. In the upper part of the panel, you see the following information to the extreme left:

    Row
    Displays the line numbers in the current report.

    In the bottom part of the panel, you see the following information to the extreme left:

    Copy to row
    In this input field you enter a line number next to each line you want to copy. The line number you enter, corresponds to the line number in the upper part of the panel. For example, if you want to copy the second line from the bottom part of the panel, and you want this line to be the first line on the report you copy to, then enter 1 in the input field on the second line in the bottom part of the panel.

    Click OK.

  7. Line 2 has now become line 1 in the upper part of the panel. Click OK to confirm the copy. Click OK again to update the information. Exit the routine.
