- Select the Work with business partners menu item.
- Make sure the active template includes the ISO9000 quality assurance information panel. Select the supplier you want to maintain and click Chg.
- Navigate to the ISO9000 tab.
- On the ISO900 Quality assurance information panel, complete the following fields:
- Approved supplier
- Indicate whether the supplier is approved or not approved.
- Overall qual rating
- Enter the overall quality rating for the supplier, expressed as a percentage between 0 and 100. Note: The value in this field must be higher than the value in Min overall supp rte in the DIS control file (as described in Specify minimum overall supplier rating), if Approved supplier at the same time is set to YES.

Click OK and exit.
