This panel displays all location movements/receptions/picks that have been done, based on the selection you made. Only movements for Warehouse Management items will be displayed.

Selection fields
Use the selection fields as described below to access only the transaction information you require.
- Date
- This column lists the date of the transaction.
- Whs
- This column lists the warehouse for the transaction.
- Zone
- This column lists the zone for the transaction.
- Location
- This column lists the location for the transaction.
- Item
- This column lists the item for the transaction.
- Trans qty in display/entry unit
- Display/entry unit information is only displayed if the D/E-UNIT function (Display/entry unit handling) is activated in the Function control file. See About display/entry unit handling for more information. This column displays the transaction quantity in the display/entry unit.
- Display/entry unit
- Display/entry unit information is only displayed if the D/E-UNIT function (Display/entry unit handling) is activated in the Function control file. See About display/entry unit handling for more information. This column displays the display/entry unit.
- Stock unit
- This column displays the stock unit.
- Trans qty in stock unit
- This column displays the transaction quantity in stock unit.
- Trans qty in stock unit
- This column displays the stock unit.
- Transaction description
- This column displays the description, from Work with inventory event codes, of the inventory event that created the transaction. For internal movements the description would be Stock move.
- Date
- Enter a date, together with a warehouse code, to display transactions from that date and forward. The Item field can be completed to narrow down your selection.
- Whs
- Enter a warehouse to display transactions for that warehouse. Note: Mandatory entry if any of the Date, Zone and Location fields is completed.
- Zone
- Enter a zone to display transactions for the zone entered Note: This field may only be completed if the Whs field has been completed.
- Location
- Enter a location to display transactions for that location. Note: This field may only be completed if both the Whs and Zone fields have been completed.
- Item
- Enter an item to display transactions for that item.
Warehouse location transaction enquiry (WMR16004)
This panel displays details for the selected location transaction.

- Warehouse
- Displays the warehouse used for the transaction.
- Zone
- Displays the zone used for the transaction.
- Location ID
- Displays the location ID used for the transaction.
- Item
- Displays the item used for the transaction.
- Batch
- Displays the batch used for the transaction.
- Pallet number
- Displays the pallet number for which the transaction has been created.
- NCC number
- Displays the NCC number used for the transaction.
- Order reference
- Displays the order reference number and line. An order reference number is only displayed if the Transit balance, Awaiting QC and/or Awaiting costs fields are set to YES for the transaction of the item. Displays the purchase order number. For transit orders it can also be the manufacturing order.
- Transit balance
- Indicates if the item is in transit.
- Awaiting QC
- Indicates if the item is under quality control.
- Awaiting costs
- Indicates if the item is awaiting cost for landed cost.
- Loc qty before
- Displays the item quantity on the location before the transaction was made. If the unit is equal to the D/E-unit for the item, this quantity could display two units in the same quantity field. The partial units could be displayed with decimal positions for the Display/entry unit or by a dual display/entry of both the Display/entry unit and the Stock unit separated by a user-defined delimiter. - Transaction qty
- Displays the transaction quantity. If the unit is equal to the D/E-unit for the item, then this quantity could display two units in the same quantity field. The partial units could be displayed with decimal positions for the Display/entry unit or by a dual display/entry of both the Display/entry unit and the Stock unit separated by a user-defined delimiter. - Loc qty after
- Displays the quantity in the location after the transaction was made. If the unit is equal to the D/E-unit for the item, then this quantity could display two units in the same quantity field. The partial units could be displayed with decimal positions for the Display/entry unit or by a dual display/entry of both the Display/entry unit and the Stock unit separated by a user-defined delimiter. - Inventory event
- Displays a code from Work with inventory event codes indicating the inventory event that created the transaction.
- Description
- Displays the description, from Work with inventory event codes, of the inventory event that created the transaction. For internal movements the description would be Stock move.
- Order number
- Displays the order number that created this transaction. The order number will not be shown for inventory transactions, inventory movements, replenishment of location, and put away from bulk.
- Order line number
- Displays the order line within the order that created the transaction. The order line number will not be shown for inventory transactions, inventory movements, replenishment of location, and put away from bulk.
- Date
- Displays the transaction date.
- Time
- Displays the transaction time.
- User
- Displays the user profile of the user that created the transaction.
Warehouse location transaction enquiry (WMR16005)
This panel displays serial number(s) for the transaction.
- Warehouse
- Displays the warehouse used for the transaction.
- Zone
- Displays the zone used for the transaction.
- Location ID
- Displays the location ID used for the transaction.
- Item
- Displays the item used for the transaction.
- Order number
- Displays the order number that created this transaction. The order number will not be shown for inventory transactions, inventory movements, replenishment of location, and put away from bulk.
- Order line number
- Displays the order line number within the order that created the transaction. The order line number will not be shown for inventory transactions, inventory movements, replenishment of location, and put away from bulk.
- Serial number
- Displays all serial numbers used for the transaction.
