Ownership transfers are applicable for the following types of inventory contracts:
- Customer Deposit Stock (CDS) – when running the Supply deposit CMI process to initialize the inventory contract, and the Re-purchase CMI process.
- Supplier Consignment Stock (SCS) – when running the Ownership takeover CMI process.
From this panel you select the line for which you want to confirm the ownership transfer.

Selection fields
- Inventory contract
- This column lists the identity of the inventory contract for which you are confirming an ownership transfer.
- Description
- This column lists the description of the inventory contract for which you are confirming an ownership transfer.
- Order
- This column lists the sales order number if an ownership transfer is being confirmed for a Customer Deposit Stock (CDS) inventory contract, or the purchase order number if the ownership transfer is being confirmed for a Supplier Consignment Stock (SCS) inventory contract.
- Pick list
- This column lists the pick list number if the ownership transfer is being confirmed for a Customer Deposit Stock (CDS) inventory contract.
- Contract type
- This column lists the inventory contract type.
- Creation date
- This column lists the date the ownership transfer was created.
- Created by
- This column lists the user ID of the person who created the ownership transfer.
- CMI process
- This column lists the CMI process from which the ownership transfer was created.
- From warehouse
- This column lists the warehouse from which the goods are being transferred.
- To warehouse
- This column lists the warehouse to which the goods are being transferred.
