Work with the dispatch list

The Dispatch list window is an alternative start window on the PC terminal. It contains a function list from where you can start all functions for the terminal.

The window displays all operations available for reporting within a selected work centre. The work centre is shown on the header line above the list of operations. To change work centre, open the list box and select a new work centre.

The work centre information is obtained from Manufacturing. See About working with work centres for more information.

  1. If your start window is the Time reporting window, select the Dispatch list function.
  2. You access the Dispatch list window.
  3. Sorting order
    The list of operations can be sorted in two ways.

    1. Total priority, i.e.:
      Priority, Run sequence and Start date
    2. Priority per day, i.e.:
      Start date, Priority and Run sequence

    To change the sorting order, move the arrow with the mouse into the list of operations, press the right mouse button and select desired sorting order. The selected sorting order is saved and is valid until it is changed next time.

    Card id. Number
    Enter your card id. number (if not already done) and click OK.
  4. Select an operation in the list of operations. Double click on Operation reporting in the function list.
  5. You access the Operation reporting window where you enter your card id number and click OK. The operation you selected in the Dispatch list window is shown as default.
  6. Exit the routine.
