The Batch job error log file contains error and information messages from jobs started from the Work with batch jobs menu item or jobs sent to the system process for execution. To delete messages from the log file, do as follows:
- Select the Work with batch job error log menu item.
- You access Work with error log which displays messages that are saved in the error log. Depending on your user authority you will either see all messages or only your own messages. You have the following options:
- Select the record you want to delete and click Delete. The system displays a prompt for confirmation. Click OK to confirm the deletion or Cancel to cancel the deletion.
- Click Clear to remove all batch job errors up to a certain date. You access Clear batch job error log where you enter a date defining what records should be removed.
Click OK. Exit the routine.
