When all your catalogues are built, you then connect them to a setting type. This can be done on the following levels:
As previously mentioned, there are two preloaded Setting types for catalogues, as well as two preloaded catalogues:
- MainCatalogue is the setting type used for displaying a catalogue in the left-hand navigator. MAIN_CAT is the preloaded catalogue that is connected to this setting type on Application level.
- HomeCatalogue is the setting type used for displaying a catalogue in the Start page. HOME_CAT is the preloaded catalogue that is connected to this setting type on Application level.
If you want a different catalogue to appear in the left-hand navigator and on the start page when a user signs on to NetStore, then you would connect the applicable catalogues to the settings under User group and/or User.
