The proposals must be marked for release before they can actually be released. This function automatically marks proposals.
- Select the Work with reports/jobs – MFG orders or Work with reports/jobs – Purchase planning menu item.
- You access Work with batch jobs. Select MRP_MARK and click Submit job.
- You access Release mark MRP proposal. Complete the following fields:
- Type
- Indicate what type of orders should be released by ticking one of the following: Manufacturing or Purchase.
- Date to
- Enter the end date for the selection of proposals.
- Type of date
- Indicate the type of date to be used by ticking one of the following: Start date or Requirement date.
- Tip: Use the selection fields to narrow down the selection of proposals to be release marked.
Click OK. The system submits the job and updates the information. The selected order proposals have been release-marked. Exit the routine.
