In this routine, you can correct errors that have been found in a previous Intrastat declaration. You can also correct erroneous statistical information for an A/R invoice by entering a credit note. See Enter a credit note to correct EU statistical entries for a previous A/R invoice (Italy) for instructions.
- Select the Work with Intrastat report corrections – sales menu item.
- You access Italian INTRASTAT, Sales corrections. Click Add to enter a new Intrastat report correction for a sales transaction.
- You access the detail panel where you first enter the incorrect data (in the Reversion section) that should be reversed for a previous declaration that was sent to customs containing erroneous transaction values. Secondly, you enter the correct data (in the Correction section) that should be included in a new Intrastat declaration. See the Panel help for field descriptions. Click OK when ready.
- Then, when you run the Intrastat declaration routine (See Create an Intrastat declaration report) and create an updated official Intrastat declaration, these corrections will be included in the referenced declaration for the year and month/quarter combination entered in the Correction section. See About Intrastat declaration adjustments (Italy) for further details.
Exit the routine.
