Inventory movement transactions have to be transferred to the EU statistics file to include them on the Intrastat declaration.
- Select the Goods transaction intrastat transfer menu item.
- You access Goods transaction intrastat transfer. From this panel you can transfer both inventory movement transactions and purchase orders to the EU statistics file. You have to transfer the inventory movement transactions to include the transactions on the Intrastat declaration.
- Stock movements/IRO
- Set to YES to transfer all inventory movement transactions to the EU statistics file.
- Reception date
- Enter a reception date to transfer all transactions received this date or earlier. For more information about transferring purchase orders, see Transfer Intrastat transactions for unmatched purchase order lines.
- Invoices
- Indicate if you want to transfer invoices with the date entered in Invoice date, or earlier, and containing inventory movements. If you set this field to NO, no invoices will be transferred.
- Invoice date
- If you set the Invoices field to YES, enter an invoice date to define that invoices with this invoice date, or earlier, and containing inventory movements will be transferred.
If Financials is not installed
The following fields are also displayed on the panel:
Define the printing parameters and click OK.
The system will transfer the transactions and produce a printout containing all transferred transactions. If any transaction has an error, an asterisk (*) will be displayed next to the transaction on the printout. You can correct errors via Maintain Intrastat transactions.
