The process of including additional order lines is similar to assigning pick consolidation numbers.
- Select the Work with pick consolidations menu item.
- You access Pick consolidation, selection listing all existing pick consolidations with information in the following columns:
- Cons no
- The pick consolidation number.
- Wh
- The warehouse code.
- User
- The user id of the user who created the consolidation.
- Cr date
- The creation date of the consolidation.
- Total weight
- The calculated, or manually entered, total gross weight for the order lines on the pick consolidation.
- Total volume
- The calculated, or manually entered, total gross volume for the order lines on the pick consolidation.
- You access Pick consolidation, maintenance listing all order lines included in the pick consolidation you selected on the previous panel.
- Click Include to add additional sales order lines to to the consolidation.
- To remove sales order lines from your consolidation, select the sales order lines and click Exclude.
- You access Pick consolidation number assignment but with the pick consolidation number displayed in the header part of the panel and the warehouse code for the consolidation defaulted in the Warehouse field. Enter your selections and click OK.
- You return to Pick consolidation, maintenance where all new sales order lines are added to your pick consolidation. You have the following options:
- Click Undo Include if you want to remove the sales order lines that you just added.
- Click Back to continue working with the consolidation and return to the Pick consolidation, selection panel.
(Note: From this panel you can create a new consolidation by clicking Add. You will access Pick consolidation number assignment).
Mark the consolidation you wish to maintain and click Select.
From this panel sales order lines can be added or removed from the consolidation.
For this task, click Include.
Caution: If you re-access your pick consolidation after having returned to the Pick consolidation, selection panel, then you will not be able to use the Undo Exclude functionality. You will have to once again, add the order lines to your consolidation (as detailed in this document).
