Track request information via the requests and returns enquiry

Via the Requests and Returns enquiry program you have access to the following information. See the Panel help for field related information.

  • Header information. From this level you can drill down to view reference of types:
    • Sales order, purchase order or manufacturing order
    • Invoice
  • Lines and associated information registered for the request. From this level you can drill down to view:
    • the actions taken
    • any registered external or internal text
    • any NCC information
  • Action information
    • Created orders
  • Print the request information
  • Historical information – Displays the history of the requests that have been reported, including the date and time it was registered, the transaction type, (i.e. header, line, action or text), the handler who registered the request, the request code, the resolution code, the status, all associated lines and the action code. You can drill down from this level to view the following:
    Note: The “Type” of the transaction (indicated in the Tp column) dictates what you can drill down on.
    • header information
    • lines
    • the actions taken per line
    • any associating external or internal text
  • Order information, if applicable
  • Invoice information, if applicable
  • Internal/External text, if applicable
  • BPR connections, if applicable, outlining the requests to which a request or return is associated. If the request(s) is connected to the selected request or return, then this will be indicated in the Con column. You will also be able to view the following:
    • the different request numbers
    • the current support level of each request
    • the business partner who reported the request
    • the type of order (if applicable) to which the request is connected.
