View totals of columns in Analyser

Using the interactive calculator you can view the following totals for columns with numerical entries:

• Totals for the entire data in one or several columns (select the applicable column heading/headings).
• Totals for several rows in one or several columns (select the applicable column heading/headings and then the applicable rows).

To view any totals do as follows:

1. Open the applicable menu item and click Find to retrieve the contents of the table.
2. Select the applicable column or columns, and rows of data
3. Click the Show column total icon on the bottom toolbar.
4. You access the Column totals window outlining the totals for what you selected. Note: You can interactively update the values in the Column totals window by selecting the applicable data in the table of the original window.
