The phonetic correction functionality provides the capability to look up items without having to know the full item code. This functionality is applicable wherever item Search fields can be entered. The user can simply enter the abbreviated code (Internal text) for the item in any item related Search field to retrieve a list of items that contain the matching output text in the item’s internal name.
