Work with attesting, Time reporting journal (TME105B)

This panel displays the time reporting journal of an employee for one day or an interval of days. From this panel you can add, change or delete records in the time reporting journal.

Options

Log enquiry Only allowed if the logging function is active. Select this option to view the log records.
Scheme Select this option to view the day scheme for a selected employee and date.
Chg scheme Select this option to change day scheme for a selected employee and date.
Order enquiry Select this option to access the information of the ongoing consolidated order or the manufacturing order/operation for a start or stop clocking record. Note: The Manufacturing order enquiry is only available if Manufacturing is installed and activated.
Force/Undo Only allowed for records of type In. Select this option to force a record to the next date in the time calculation and click OK. If the record has been forced, then the force code will be reset and the record will be calculated according to the scheme.
Create stop Select this option to create a stop of a selected operation.
Calendar Select this option to view calendar information for a selected employee and date.
Change In/Out Select this option to change the type (In/Out) for the selected record. The selected record and any following In/Out records up to the end of the day are checked and changed, so that every second will be In and every second will be Out.

Function keys

Shift info Toggle between viewing records of all types:

  • In and Out, or
  • Start and Stop.
Log enq. Only allowed if the logging function is active. View all log records for the selected employee and date interval.
Enq. by reference View the time reporting journal by using a reference, e.g., project number, and not restricted to an employee number.
Calculate Calculate time for an employee.
Cancel Cancel a time calculation for an employee.
Attest Attest a day or an interval of days.
Undo attest Undo attest of a day or an interval of days.
Employee
Date
Displays the date interval for the selection. The date interval used in an attesting panel is saved and retrieved when you enter a new attesting panel.
Total wage type balance
Up to three wage types can be specified for a wage group in the Wage type 1-3/Show bal field on the Wage group maintenance panel. If this is the case, then the total balances for these wage types are displayed here. The field names reflect the description of the wage types. If no wage types have been defined for the wage group in question, then no fields are displayed.
Date
Displays the actual clocking date. The date will appear as highlighted if the calendar date to which the clocking belongs has already been attested or processed.
From
Displays the actual clocking time if the type is In or Start. Time will appear in reverse image if it is an In record available for being forced to the next calculation date. See also line option 9.
To
Displays the actual clocking time if the type is Out or Stop.
Type
Indicates the type of clocking. The type will appear in reverse image for a clocking In record that has been forced to the next calculation date.
S
Displays the status of the TR journal. The following statuses are valid:

Status Description
0 Indicates that the journal has not been calculated.
1 Indicates that the journal has been calculated.
2 Indicates that the journal has been calculated and sent to the payroll system.
A
Indicates if the journal has been attested.
Cde
In this field you can change the time code and description. This is only allowed for in and out clocking and when the status of the journal is 0 and has not yet been attested.
Reference
Displays the reference to cost centre, project, manufacturing order, etc.
