In this program you maintain overlapping intervals of a day scheme. You can add, change and delete records. You can also create records by copying an existing one.
- Day scheme
- The day scheme is selected in the calling program and cannot be changed on this panel.
- Scheme time from/to
- Enter the start and end time of the day scheme.
- Working hours from/to
- Enter the start and end time of the working hours.
- Sequence number
- The sequence number is automatically retrieved in intervals of 10. You can, however, enter another unique number, which has not yet been retrieved by the system, to create the possibility to add overlapping intervals between existing intervals. Once the interval is created, the sequencial order cannot be changed.
- Time from
- Enter the start time of the overlapping interval. Time is entered as hours with minutes in the decimal part. For instance, half past eight AM is entered as 08.30. If the interval starts on the day before the day described by the scheme, enter a minus (-) sign before the time. If the interval starts on the day after the day described by the scheme, enter a plus (+) sign before the time.
- Time to
- Enter the end time of the overlapping interval. Time is entered as hours with minutes in the decimal part. For instance, half past five PM is entered as 17.30. If the interval ends on the day before the day described by the scheme, enter a minus (-) sign before the time. If the interval ends on the day after the day described by the scheme, enter a plus (+) sign before the time.
- Wage type attribute
- Enter a wage type attribute for which new transactions are to be created for time inside the interval. Select one of the following values:
Value Description 1 Presence 2 Absence 4 Flexitime 5 Overtime 6 Inconvenient hours
- Source wage type
- Enter the wage type for which new transactions are to be created for time inside the interval.
- Result wage type
- Enter the wage type that is to be assigned when new transactions are created.
- Minimum time
- Enter, as hours with decimals, the minimum time required. For example, the value 0.50 means half an hour.
