The purpose of this program is to maintain master information for bill of operations. Master BOR’s are ideal for customers who produce products that are similar in terms of how they are produced (operations). To simplify and expedite the procedure of making general changes to, e.g., the operation times on an item structure, the changes are allowed on the master BOR.
The master BOR id can then be referenced in the structure header in Work with structures by entering the BOR id which copies the details from the master BOR. If a master BOR is used on a structure, the operations from a master BOR are not allowed to be maintained on the item’s structure as those are created from a master, but additional operations are allowed to be entered.
From this panel you can utilize options to create and maintain information for operations, as well as access the master BOM for maintenance of bill of materials.

| Enq where used | Select this option to access the Master BOR enquiry, Where used panel where you can enquire where the master BOR is used. |
| Update structure | Select this option to access the Update structure from master BOR panel where you can update the item structure connected to the master BOR. |
| Unlock | Select this option to unlock a locked master BOR that is being used by another user. |
