When you create a report on-line, you must use a template. You can, however, change any information defaulted by the selected template on the panels. For further details about the different parameters available on each sequence and selection panel, see Set up an A/R or A/P analysis template.
- Select the Work with A/R – A/P analysis reports menu item.
- On the main panel, click Add to create a new report.
- On the A/R & A/P analysis report, Sequences panel, the last used template is indicated to the right in the panel heading. Click Template to select another template.
- You access A/R & A/P analysis list/report, Template selection. Select the applicable template.
- You access the first sequence and selection panel A/R & A/P analysis list, Sequences. You can change any information, defaulted by the template on the panels. Click OK when you are satisfied with the information on the first panel.
- You access A/R & A/P analysis list, Specifications. Click OK when you are satisfied with the information on the panel.
- You access A/R – A/P analysis list, Selections. Click OK when you are satisfied with the information on the panel.
- You access Work with A/R – A/P analysis reports. Click OK to submit.
- You return to A/R – A/P analysis list, Sequences where you can enter a new report, or exit the routine.
